		<description>It&#039;s easy to be negative and nasty when there is no accountabilty. (i.e sending an email is fairly anonymous and you&#039;re not actually looking the person in the face when you&#039;re criticizing his/her work or ideas.) Also, the &#039;Net is chock full of people who would rather belittle others instead of coming up with real solutions, or presenting their disagreements in a considerate manner.</description>
