Both approaches have their respective merits. del.icio.us allows us to assign multiple tags to our bookmarks, so we can place a bookmark under many different categories. However, del.icio.us does not allow easy renaming of tags yet - to rename a tag, we have to edit each bookmark with the associated tag. Sitebar uses folders to organize their bookmarks, and these folders can be renamed easily. It also allows teams to share and work together on their bookmarks. Note that with Sitebar, it's less flexible to put a bookmark under multiple categories since it is using the concept of folders.
